Last year, the prominent British medical journal, Lancet, published a study estimating that over 100,000 Iraqi civilians had died because of the war. The study determined that the risk of death by violence for civilians in Iraq is now 58 times higher than before the invasion.
but think how many more would have died if we had let saddam use all those weapons of mass destruction.

Hey, how much does gas cost over in Europe? I'm curious. People are screaming bloody murder here about $3/gallon and I know its lots higher there.

Petrol is now £1-03 per litre here. That's roughly $8-50 for a British gallon.

Yep....the bottom line is that human life is disposable if it suits the purpose for "higher good". The trick is to find a great excuse. Fool the masses. Nothing new unfortunately. History always repeats itself in one form or another.
Only 2 years, 6 months, 25 days and we'll have a non massaging, science understanding, vocabulary having leader.
Sigh.....
I wish Bush would shut his dick sucker about respecting human life already.
