Small steps, giant leaps

Even the most imbecilic anti-environment warmongering jerks have some good in them.
So here's a phrase I never thought you'd see on OMR's blog.

HE has his moments - did you here what he did this week while chatting up with the press corps? A reporter began asking a question of the Pres and he gave the reporter some flack about asking his question while where sunglasses, the report replied very well and the pres went on to answer the question. Well, what the Pres did not know is that the reporter is legally blind - can barely see.

I think it was the PBS special that persuaded him.

I think it's just an election year ploy to appease the 66% of us who think he's doing a crappy job. Probably after the midterm elections he'll open it up for oil exploration.
