If I leave here tomorrow

I live in the middle of a housing estate. So You don't see too many chickens. But on Sunday morning a chicken walked into my yard, had a mosey around & wandered off again. And I found myself singing Lynyrd Skynyrds rock anthem for the rest of the day. Its a strange old world.

Be careful Rich
Just been watching a documentary film – Grizzly Man.
It’s about a man who’s obsessed by grizzly bears.

He lived with grizzly bears.
He documented the lives of grizzly bears.
He communed with grizzly bears.

Then he got eaten.

By grizzly bears.
And his girlfriend got eaten too.

He’d obviously never been a teacher.
Because if he had, he’d have known the golden rule - never assume they like you.

And never turn your back.
This includes chickens

It's nice to know there are a few wild chickens left in the world and they don't all come from corporate farms.
